Make every day count!!
Mia would have laughed initially at me signing up for the Brighton Marathon but she would have been my biggest cheerleader throughout my training and on the day. I have a very special group of girls around me who were also stupid (and drunk!) enough to sign up with me; Catherine, Jenny, Nicola, Emma, Maria and Sarah. We hope you will support us to raise awareness of this devastating disease and loads of money for Meningitis Now to continue their work researching, campaigning and supporting families (like ours) affected by meningitis.

5 weeks to go!!
The only way to get through a 16 mile/25k training run in the wind, rain, hail, sun (and wind again!) was to do it with these girls. It was long and tough but we stuck together and made it through!!

NYD first training run of 2024!
Parkrun gathered 5 of us together for the first run of the year, I can't believe it was actually me (Clare) who suggested this! Great start to the year, the training plans are being discussed to keep the momentum going 🏃🏻♀️ 🧡
