My heart breaks for Mia’s close friends and family. I had classes with her throughout the time we spent together in sixth form, we would speak sometimes for the entire lesson and her passing has really hit me hard, so I cannot even imagine how her parents, sister, boyfriend, friends and all of her family must be feeling. I am so sorry. She would light up the entire room with her beautiful, beaming smile and I can still hear her contagious laugh today! I wish I told her how much I admired her. She was beautiful inside and out. She made the few interactions we had so memorable, and she will forever be in our hearts. She had a true heart of gold and her parents should be so proud of the incredibly young lady that they raised.
